The Staunton Police Department is ready to reveal new information in a 41-year-old murder case.

Chief James Williams and Commonwealth's Attorney Ray Robertson will discuss new developments in the case at a press conference on Friday.

Sources close to the investigation say this could be about an arrest in the 1967 double murder of Connie Hevener and her sister-in law, Carolyn Perry.
