A Harrisonburg man accused of running from the police and causing a 12-minute chase was in Waynesboro District Court Monday.

All but two of the charges against 26-year old Ian Kasdan were certified to a grand jury.

Those charges include alluding police, not reporting an accident, three assaults on law enforcement, and felony offender escape without force.

The charges of identity theft and driving on a suspended license were dropped.
