A man faces charges in a case that was originally ruled a self-inflicted gunshot.

Brian Henkel was indicted on a charge of discharging a firearm in a dwelling in the September shooting of Josh Via.

Henkel, a friend of Via, has also been charged with felonious wounding.

Police say Henkel's gunshot hit Via in the chest. Via recovered from the wound.

i know both of these guys, this was a total accident, he didnt know it was even loaded cause he wasnt the one that loaded it, the clip wasnt even in the gun, and he never actually tried to squeeze the trigger, plus he didnt know josh was in front of the barrel cause he was holding it sideways, i personally dont think he should face any charges and even josh agrees and has spoken on that in court.
