A Waynesboro grand jury has decided there is enough evidence to try a Harrisonburg man accused of running from police.

Police say Ian Kasdan led them on a chase in October after trying to attack a police officer with a tire iron.

In addition to felony hit and run, Kasdan was also charged with felony escape, driving with a suspended license and using another person's ID to avoid arrest.

Kasdan also faced charges in Harrisonburg-Rockingham County Circuit Court relating to probation violations.
