This is "do or die" week for some Valley farmers.
Local farmer Larry Howdyshell says if feed corn isn't planted by this week, it will be too late. Already this month, we're more than two inches over June's average rainfall.
According to Howdyshell, farmers who can't plant feed corn will have to buy it from the Midwest to feed their livestock. But he says consumers probably won't see a price increase.
