The Harrisonburg City Council has finalized a plan to sell the old police department building to Rosetta Stone.

The Harrisonburg City Council has finalized a plan to sell the old police department building to Rosetta Stone.

The company wants to expand its business and bring 100 new jobs to downtown.

Rosetta Stone is offering $300,000 for the property and committing to invest $500,000 to renovate it.
