Prosecutors say two more people have pleaded guilty to being part of a drug ring in northern Virginia.
Prosecutors say 19-year-old Jessica Remington, of Fairfax, entered her plea Thursday in U.S. District Court in Alexandria to conspiracy to distribute 100 grams or more of heroin. Twenty-one-year-old Kevin Zuiker, of Centreville, pleaded guilty to the same charge.
Investigators say the ring included former and current students at Westfield High School in Fairfax County.
Fourteen people have been charged in the ring, based in Centreville. Remington and Zuiker's pleas bring to nine the number of guilty pleas in the case.
Remington and Zuiker each face a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison.
