At 11:59 Monday night, you will no longer be able to see WHSV's regular programming over the analog signal.

Over analog, you can only get ABC programs, but on the digital signal, viewers are now seeing the Valley's Fox, MyValley, and TV3 Winchester.

The Bridges family in Singers Glen successfully made the switch to digital last year when they bought a converter box.

After hooking it up, they started getting those additional channels they weren't able to get on the analog signal. They say the picture is clearer than it was before.

Angela Bridges says the switch to digital was seamless for her.

"Well, over the air, all we got was basically the ABC channel, which was pretty fuzzy. And, we had to mess with our antenna quite a bit to get anything through. So, as soon as we hooked up the box, it was really clear and we were pretty excited about having those extra channels also," says Bridges.

Not all customers are experiencing the same success as the Bridges. If you have any questions about the DTV switch, you can call 877-388-0413 for more information.

I have yet to meet anyone in Page County who has been able to ge their DTV boxes to pick up ANY stations - let alone WHSV (the only channel they used to be able to pick up with rabbit ears). Page County will miss you, Channel 3!
