Brian Brubaker, a man charged with a number of robberies in Augusta, Rockingham and Greene counties, was granted a continuance Monday in Rockingham Circuit Court.

Brian Brubaker, a man charged with a number of robberies in Augusta, Rockingham and Greene counties, was granted a continuance Monday in Rockingham Circuit Court.

Brubaker agreed to forgo his right to a speedy trial by requesting a continuance.

His next court appearance is scheduled for May 21.
