I don't understand why the people of Hardy County are unable to get WHSV TV 3 in Digital. I have heard that people in Franklin,WV (which is over the mountain from Harrisonburg) had no trouble getting the digital signal. We in Hardy County depend on TV to get local news and weather. That is how lots of people find out that school is closed. TV 3 is also that only way sometimes that we find out about things that are going on in our county. I think that TV 3 should take into consideration that people in Hardy County depend on their station their news and weather.
