Friday, police weren't sure if Vincent McDorman died as a result of a homicide or a suicide. Now, they have in custody 18-year-old Christopher Lee Bennett and have charged him with capital murder and robbery.
Police have also arrested a 17-year-old and charged him with accessory to breaking and entering.
But Bennett is being called the "sole perpetrator" in the incident. He was arrested Sunday at his home in Goshen. Police say the other teen apparently had no knowledge that a murder and robbery were going to take place. Police have seized the murder weapon and the get-away car, both of which belonged to the juvenile.
Though the teens are now behind bars, police say the case isn't closed yet.
Sheriff Randy Fisher of the Augusta County Sheriff's Department says, "The investigation is continuing. There may be other charges brought forth after conferring with the Commonwealth Attorney after he reviews the case."
McDorman's mother is taking care of the three small children the victim has left behind. She tells TV-3 that the mother of those children is Elizabeth Bennett, Christopher Bennett's mom.
