A man has been arrested on charges of child pornography and solicitation for prostitution.
Thirty-nine-year-old Wayne Edward Gill of Stuarts Draft has been charged with producing child pornography and soliciting someone for prostitution.
The Staunton Police Department says Gill videotaped a 17-year-old girl performing oral sex on him. Gill is also accused of paying the girl for the sexual favors.
Police got a warrant Thursday and executed it Friday at Gill's Auto Body on Richmond Avenue in Staunton. The shop is owned by Wayne Gill's brother.
As part of the warrant, several computer hard drives, two video cameras and pornographic DVDs and tapes were seized.

No the girl has no charges against her for prostitution but she does have charges for another crime pending and she is on probation. As for the boy he is now an adult and is being tried as an adult after he testifies against Wayne. He to has other pending crimes against him. By the way she will not be a minor in a couple weeks. I feel she to should be charged for going on her own free will and accepting money for sex acts to pay a drug debt if this is even the truth which I doubt it.

Okay, They said that there was a video tape, so wheres it at? The way I see it yeah shes 17 so she knew what she was doing and she should not have even been in that kind of situation. Where is this girls parents? They should be the ones charged for letting there child run wild and do the drugs that she does. Dont worry Wayne the truth will come out and all will be good again! I feel bad for someone out here that is as hard working as Wayne is that has to go through this kind of thing just because of teens lying and trying to trash his good honor.
