This year's Shenandoah Valley Builder's Association, home and garden show is in full swing at the James Madison University convocation center.
A number of vendors are there showing what they have to offer.
This year, the Shenandoah Valley Builder's Association is building a home with Habitat for Humanity. The association also features a tent displaying all the green technology used to put the house together.
Builders say these homes can really help families save money.
The home is expected to save the home owners between 15 and 20 percent on energy costs.
The show runs through Sunday.
