Rosetta Stone Appears on Stock Market
Harrisonburg, Va. Rosetta Stone opened for trading on the New York Stock Exchange Thursday under the ticker symbol RST.

Rosetta Stone opened for trading on the New York Stock Exchange Thursday under the ticker symbol RST.
This occurred after a successful IPO, in which the company raised $112.5 million in gross proceeds.
Rosetta Stone is a leading technology-based language-learning company and the first of its kind to go public.
The shares are up $7.75, or 43.1 percent, at $25.75 in afternoon trading.
The company has an office near downtown Harrisonburg.
