The man accused of robbing several businesses in the region is now waiting to learn his fate.

In Staunton Circuit Court, Brian Eugene Brubaker pleaded guilty Thursday morning for the robbery at the Augusta County Farm Co-op on Richmond Road in Staunton.

Police say Brubaker robbed the cashier at gun point June 13.

He won't be sentenced until Brubaker's parole officers supply a report to circuit court.

A committee in the House of Delegates has sent a bill to the House floor that would allow private, faith-based adoption agencies to discriminate against prospective parents based on their sexual orientation. Would you support this?

Yes, I think if it is a private organization it's okay.
No, there should be no discrimination.
It should depend on a case by case basis.
