Mill Creek Mayor Diane Currence and her two adult children face charges of bringing contraband to an inmate at Huttonsville Correctional Center.

Currence, her son Jason and her daughter Kathryn were all in custody Wednesday morning at Tygart Valley Regional Jail awaiting arraignment in magistrate court.

The Randolph County Sheriff's Department says Diane Currence is charged with delivering contraband to an adult in custody, conspiracy and possession of marijuana.

Jason Currence is charged with conspiracy to commit delivery of contraband to an adult in custody and possession of marijuana. Kathryn Currence is charged with delivery of contraband to an adult in custody.

The sheriff's department says the incident remains under investigation.
