A body was found floating in the Potomac River and authorities believe it could be the body of a missing Frederick County boy.

Eleven-year-old Jorge Castro fell into the river while fishing with his father about a week ago.

Metro police found the body Tuesday morning between the Key and Chain bridges, but have not yet been able to identify the body.

Police say Reston resident Hau Nguyen was fishing nearby and jumped in to try and save Castro.

However, Nguyen did not resurface and his body was found Saturday.

A committee in the House of Delegates has sent a bill to the House floor that would allow private, faith-based adoption agencies to discriminate against prospective parents based on their sexual orientation. Would you support this?

Yes, I think if it is a private organization it's okay.
No, there should be no discrimination.
It should depend on a case by case basis.
