The husband of a Virginia woman who disappeared 14 years ago has pleaded guilty to killing her.

Forty-five-year-old Lawrence Gaudenzi of Timberville pleaded guilty to second-degree murder Wednesday as his trial on a first-degree murder charge was under way in Caroline County Circuit Court.

As part of the plea deal, Gaudenzi doesn't have say what happened to his wife Lisa's body.

Lisa Gaudenzi's parents, Joe Marto and his former wife, Kathleen Marto, said the plea didn't bring closure. But Joe said it did bring relief, while Kathleen said it gave her justice.

A sentencing date hasn't been set.

A committee in the House of Delegates has sent a bill to the House floor that would allow private, faith-based adoption agencies to discriminate against prospective parents based on their sexual orientation. Would you support this?

Yes, I think if it is a private organization it's okay.
No, there should be no discrimination.
It should depend on a case by case basis.
