A Stuarts Draft man accused of filming a teenage girl has been charged with soliciting a minor for child pornography and misdemeanor prostitution.

Thirty-nine-year-old Wayne Gill was arrested in March for allegedly paying a girl $300 to perform sexual acts on him at Gill's Auto Repair in Staunton.

A judge certified those charges to a grand jury Monday.

So you think that just by the way Wayne looks he should be put in prison. As far as im concerned there may be alot of people out there that dont like the way you look either. So does that mean that you should be put in prison also. He may have long hair and tatoos and work on cars but hes got more room in his heart than most people ever think about having. The "children" involved are the trouble makers and as for other charges being brought up on them that should be a good warning on just what type of people they are. And one last thing "No there was not any evidence, none, zilch, zero". They cant find any, because ther is none to find! So, keep your head up Wayne, we are all here to back you in this!

Will as for the children the boy is no longer a kid he is an adult and is being tried as an adult after he testifies against Wayne. As for the girl she will no longer be a child in a few weeks and she is on probation as we speek for another crime and both of the kids have other charges that have nothing to do with this pending against them after they testify against Wayne. So who is the real victim here?

They should jack up the jail and put them ALL underneath of it, not just the young punk who started it. They are sick in their heads. I seriously think people like these guys should get life in prison. The children involved have to deal with it the rest of their lives. So these guys should to.
