The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office confirms murder suspects Justin Bindel and Brian Bingham will return to Virginia to face first-degree murder charges and firearms charges. This follows an extradition hearing in Jacksonville, Florida.

The two men are accused of the murder of Michael Ryan Tolsdorf. Tolsdorf's body was found by a turkey hunter April 10 near Switzer Dam in Rockingham County.

Rockingham Sgt. Felicia Glick could not comment on how soon the two suspects will be brought back to the Commonwealth out of concern for the safety of the officers who will transport the men.

Bindel and Bingham are in Jacksonville, Florida where they were stopped by police earlier this month during a routine traffic stop. According to Commonwealth's Attorney Marsha Garst, the men also face narcotics charges in Jacksonville.

Online court records indicate no date has been set for the two men to appear in Rockingham County court.

A committee in the House of Delegates has sent a bill to the House floor that would allow private, faith-based adoption agencies to discriminate against prospective parents based on their sexual orientation. Would you support this?

Yes, I think if it is a private organization it's okay.
No, there should be no discrimination.
It should depend on a case by case basis.
