Report Shows Decline in Harrisonburg Home Sales
Harrisonburg, Va. A home sales report for Harrisonburg and Rockingham County shows the number of sales of townhomes and single family homes has gone down.

A home sales report for Harrisonburg and Rockingham County shows the number of sales of townhomes and single family homes has gone down.
Harrisonburg Housing Today's May report shows sales of single family homes, townhouses and condos decreased by 20 percent compared to May 2008.
In the first five months, 2009 is running nearly 26 percent behind the same time frame last year.
The average number of days a house stays on the market is up 21 percent from last year.
It now takes about 195 days to sell a home in Harrisonburg-Rockingham County.
