Bringing high speed Internet outside city limits, deep into local counties has been nearly impossible in the past.
Now Page County is working on a plan so everyone in the county can surf the web at lightening fast speeds.
It is called "Project Bluebird" and the county's economic development office says it will help residents and attract more businesses to the area.
They say, in addition, it will give high tech help to emergency services.
Rural areas like Page County are hard to hook-up because houses are spread out and running fiber to distant locations gets expensive.
Page County says it will have its plan laid out by the spring.
The first step is running a study to find out how to supply the service
