Some charges were dropped in a case against two men accused of a robbery in Harrisonburg.
Police say Terry Harvey and Michael Smith-Barrow stabbed a man on Port Republic Road in March.
In court Wednesday, prosecutors said the stabbing happened during a drug deal.
Harvey's charge of aggravated malicious wounding was reduced to malicious wounding.
Drug possession charges both men faced were also dropped.
However, the robbery charges were certified to the grand jury.
