The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office is investigating the breaking and entering, grand larceny from a cabin located on Mays Creek Lane in Criders.
This is located in the Northwest area of the county.
Sometime after 5:15 p.m. on Sept. 20 and before 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 24, unknown person or persons entered the cabin and removed the following items; a Ruger Blackhawk .357 Magnum, 6 Shot Revolver, a Browning BDA .380 caliber semi-automatic pistol, blued with wooden grips, a youth size Darten camouflaged bow, a Bushnell Rangefinder Yardage Pro 400, a night vision scope, along with various other hunting related weapons, clothing and accessories.
Estimated value of items taken is more than $5,000.
