The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office says it finally has a second suspect in custody in a string of robberies that happened two weeks ago.
Terry Riggleman was arrested early Monday morning in Rockingham County on three charges of armed robbery.
On December 12th the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office says two men had robbed two separate dairy farms and a house.
Deputies pursued the two suspects in a high speed car chase that Deputy's vehicle and the car crashing.
Nobody was hurt in that wreck but the two suspects got away.
Police were able to track down one suspect, Michael Crawford later in the day.
Police say Terry Riggleman broke into a house, assaulted a woman and forced her to give up her car keys, escaping police.
Police say they arrested Terry Riggleman back in Rockingham County last night.
Sheriff's deputies say they arrested Riggleman in a home on Rawley Pike in Rockingham County at around 7 Monday morning.
They had been following leads from the police department in Lacaster, Ohio.
That information said that Riggleman would be returning home to visit his family for Christmas.
The sheriff's office says it then obtained warrants for two locations.
The SWAT team, in conjunction with Harrisonburg police searched those areas, Riggleman being found on Rawley Pike.
They say they couldn't have done it without the help of other law enforcement agencies.
"We tracked his location to areas in Ohio and at various times we had been within an hour of locating him and fortunately, thanks to the most recent information from Ohio we were able to get the search warrants and execute them," said Felicia Glick with the Rockingham County Sheriff's office.
The Sheriff's office says that Riggleman is charged with three counts of armed robbery and more charges are pending.
