Three men have pleaded guilty to charges of arson, drug distribution and thefts of equipment and vehicles in Virginia and Tennessee.

U.S. Attorney Julia Dudley said two Bristol, Tennessee residents, 43-year-old Bobby Allen Houser and 54-year-old William Deel Jr., pleaded guilty Thursday in Abingdon to arson and conspiracy charges.

Dudley says 42-year-old Steven Andrew Widener of Abingdon pleaded guilty May 19.

Prosecutors say heavy construction equipment, all-terrain vehicles and farm and lawn equipment valued at more than $400,000 was stolen.

The arson count stemmed from a November fire at Steel-Fab Manufacturing in Abingdon that prosecutors say was set to cover up a burglary.

Sentencing for the three is set for October 19.
