The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services says West Virginia is eligible for more than $2 million to prepare for swine flu and the fall flu season.
The agency said the money was included in legislation signed by President Barack Obama last month. That measure included $350 million for fighting the flu across the nation.
West Virginia's state Department of Health and Human Resources says more than 130 cases of the H1N1 virus have been confirmed in the state. There have been no deaths.
