Fireworks are most likely the cause of last night's fire on Massanutten Mountain.
It happened around 10:30 p.m. Firefighters say it took them about five hours to get the two acre fire out on the Eastern slope. They think wind blew the falling fireworks onto the mountain.
About 3,000 people were watching.
A Great Eastern Resort Spokesperson says this will not stop them from using fireworks in the future.
