Augusta County The case of a man accused of sodomizing a blind and mentally handicapped 26-year-old woman is moving forward.

The case of a man accused of sodomizing a blind and mentally handicapped 26-year-old woman is moving forward.
Seventy-three-year-old John Oehlerking appeared in Augusta County General District Court Tuesday for a preliminary hearing.
A judge determined there was enough evidence to send the charge of forcible sodomy to a grand jury.
The grand jury meets next week.
