A better picture of what evidence may be brought forth in a local murder case has come out.

According to online court records, Brian Bingham and Justin Bindel are both charged with first degree murder and a firearms charge in the death of Ryan Tolsdorf. Tolsdorf's body was found by a hunter near Switzer Dam in Rockingham County in April.

In documents filed with the Rockingham County General District Court, the Commonwealth's Attorney outlines evidence that may be used in the case. It includes information from several Myspace accounts and a report on evidence taken from Staunton's Gypsy Hill Park.

In June, Rockingham County investigators were seen diving into the park's pond. They would not say at that time what was the focus of their search. About 20 officers spent eight hours on the scene investigating that day.

The two suspects in the murder case will appear in court July 22.
