Two West Virginia men accused in a Harrisonburg stabbing will soon get their day in court.
Prosecutors say it was a "horrendous act of violence" as Terry Harvey allegedly attacked another man during a drug deal March 15.
Harvey was indicted Monday on a charge of felonious assault for allegedly stabbing Paul Johnson in his head and neck at the Dave's Taverna Express on Port Republic Road. Johnson survived the attack.
According to court records, a grand jury indicted Harvey and Michael Smith-Barrow on charges of possession of cocaine and robbery Monday.
