Winchester, Va. A Winchester man accused of killing his older brother and ex-girlfriend will undergo a mental evaluation to determine if he can stand trial.

A Winchester man accused of killing his older brother and ex-girlfriend will undergo a mental evaluation to determine if he can stand trial.
Justin Slater's attorneys say they do not think he is competent to stand trial. They claim he is psychotic.
Slater is accused of killing his brother, Gregory Scott Slater Jr., and his former girlfriend, Kayleigh Plamondon.
Slater will undergo a 30-day evaluation.
