The Shenandoah County Sheriff's Office is charging two men in connection to a case that's nearly three years old.
Luis Hernandez and Harold Guanilo face charges of rape, sodomy and gang participation.
Sheriff's deputies say two girls were sexually assaulted while at a party in Woodstock in November 2006.
Deputies say the men were persons of interest at the time of the alleged crime. They were recently arrested in Northern Virginia.
Deputies says the two were tied to the crimes in Shenandoah County by a positive DNA match with physical evidence from the victims.
They are expected in court August 27.
