A Fredrick County man has been arrested in connection with a bank robbery.
Twenty-one-year-old Jeremiah Hammerl surrender Sunday to the Fredrick County Sheriff's Office.
Police say a man went into a First Union Bank on July 26 in Winchester, told the teller he had a bomb and demanded money.
Hammerl is charged with armed robbery.
