A circuit court judge has set a trial date for two West Virginia men accused of a Harrisonburg stabbing.

Terry Harvey of Sugar Grove is accused of felony assault.

Harvey and Michael Smith-Barrow of Franklin both face robbery and cocaine charges.

In March, police say Harvey allegedly stabbed Paul Johnson in the head and neck at Dave's Taverna Express on Port Republic Road during a drug deal.

Johnson survived the attack.

The trial is set for November.

WHSV Poll
A committee in the House of Delegates has sent a bill to the House floor that would allow private, faith-based adoption agencies to discriminate against prospective parents based on their sexual orientation. Would you support this?

Yes, I think if it is a private organization it's okay.
No, there should be no discrimination.
It should depend on a case by case basis.
