Two women in the Valley are accused of abusing a young boy by giving him marijuana. Amber Cole from Greenville, and Stephanie Hagy from Raphine were arrested Friday.

Deputies say they were drinking underage, but they also gave marijuana to an 11-year-old boy and made him sniff an aerosol can. It happened on Deer Trail in Greenville. The young boy was treated at the hospital and released.

A Bridgewater man was caught trying to bring marijuana into the District Court Building in Harrisonburg Monday. Deputies say Gary Conwell was searched at the court entrance and a small amount of marijuana was found in his book bag.

A McDonald's restaurant in the town of Shenandoah was vandalized Wednesday morning. Deputies say someone destroyed the drive-thru speaker and spread trash from the dumpster all over the parking lot. Deputies say they have arrested a suspect.

Shenandoah County deputies are also reporting a case of vandalism. A resident on County Line Road says someone damaged several vehicles and equipment last week.

Car thieves in the Valley apparently are not picky. Harrisonburg Police say someone stole a 1971 Chevrolet pickup from North Liberty Street on Wednesday and it was not even drivable. The truck did not have any doors, and was being saved for parts. Police say the thief must have towed the truck away or loaded it on a trailer.

Staunton Police are reporting a stolen bicycle. The pink bike was taken from Hamrick Street last week. It is worth $74.

If you have any information about these cases, please call your local police department or sheriff's office.
