Members of a Valley Rescue Squad could be in big trouble.

The state Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is wrapping up its investigation of a party last summer, attended by some members of the Staunton/Augusta Rescue Squad.

Photos taken at the party show underage drinkers holding alcoholic beverages. Adult squad members were also at the party. An ABC spokeswoman says the event was not squad-sponsored.

The ABC's investigator says he's contacted Lee Ervin, the Augusta County Commonwealth's Attorney, about possible charges. That decision could come as early as this week.
