Federal charges against an Augusta County woman have been dropped.
Anthony Slaughter still faces numerous felony charges, including abduction and intent to commit a felony.
He was arrested in Madison County on Sunday. Police say he took his ex-girlfriend, Terry Woodell from her home in Swoope last Wednesday.
Slaughter is currently being held without bond at the Augusta County Jail.
