A pair of West Virginia prison inmates are on the loose after escaping from a minimum-security work camp just outside the Mount Olive Correctional Facility.

Officials believes William Okey Cline and Kenneth Ray Hager climbed over a chain-link fence sometime Sunday. The escape was discovered during a midnight head count at the 48-bed camp in Fayette County.

Cline is 25 and was sentenced for daytime burglary in Wyoming County. Hager is 30 and is serving time for burglary, grand larceny and breaking and entering offenses committed in Boone County.

Both are white and six-feet-one-inch tall, and each has tattoos on both forearms. Hager is 170 pounds, while Cline is 195 pounds.

Corrections officials say both are considered low-risk and nonviolent.

WHSV Poll
A committee in the House of Delegates has sent a bill to the House floor that would allow private, faith-based adoption agencies to discriminate against prospective parents based on their sexual orientation. Would you support this?

Yes, I think if it is a private organization it's okay.
No, there should be no discrimination.
It should depend on a case by case basis.
