The two people accused of shooting a family and burning the family's house down have returned to West Virginia.

Nakia Keller and Lorie Taylor waived their right to an extradition hearing in Rockingham County and were transported to Hardy County Wednesday morning.

The Hardy County Magistrate's Office says they were arraigned early Wednesday afternoon and have been sent to the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail.

Keller and Taylor each face three first degree murder charges and one arson charge.

They were denied bond on the murder charges and a $100,000 bond was set for the arson charge.

Hardy County investigators believe Keller and Taylor are responsible for the deaths of Dennis "Chip" Taylor, his wife Allaina Taylor, and Allaina's five-year-old daughter Kaylee Grace Whetzel.

The family was found dead in its Mathias house Friday when firefighters responded to the location. The West Virginia medical examiner found all three had been shot before the house was set on fire.

Keller and Taylor are scheduled to be in court November 6.

Sadly, the Hardy County court system is so screwed up that this will not be a fair trial. Rapists walk free so I feel sure they won't receive that bad of a punihment either.

I have just read the comment from Lori's relative, and felt an overwhelming need to respond... You asked what gives anyone a right to judge.. Let me ask you one thing! What gave those two monsters the right to judge and END three lives.. not to mention the the effect it has had on friends and family members, their lives are now forever changed!! And to end a 5 year olds life, who didn't have a chance live, love, marry, or have her own memories to cherish as an adult!! So you tell me who made the decision to judge. Its not us, its Lori and Nikia who was the judge and jury of these 3 lives needlessly taken! And now its their turn to pay the consequences.. whatever they may be!! I'll just say too bad WV doesn't carry the death penalty. No wait....that would be too good and too quick! Let them suffer as long as they both shall live, and think about it everyday there after!!!!

I knew Chip and Lori. I went to school with both. I cannot describe the sorrow that I have felt since learning of this crime. My heart is with the little girl. I have 3 children and one is a 5 yr old. I can't imagine anything happening to him. I have been praying harder than I ever had and I still cannot hold back the tears. The evil monsters have affected not only two families, but an entire community, state & country. I know that the little girl is safe and with god now. No one can hurt you now princess! I hope the two monsters responsible for this unspeakable crime burh in hell. It sickens me that this kind of evil can enem exist in this world. My prayers are still with all the families and especially the father of the little girl. May you find peace in your life. I would give my own life in place of your daughters if I could. May god be with you all through this difficult time.
