The National Weather Service has issued a *** Winter Storm Warning for snow....in effect from 9AM Tuesday to 7PM Wednesday for the entire viewing area. Accumulations of 6 to 12 inches of snow are expected.

People in Franklin, West Virginia are being urge to conserve water following a break in an eight-inch water main.

People in Franklin, West Virginia are being urge to conserve water following a break in an eight-inch water main.

This break will affect people in the town of Franklin and public service district customers north of the town.

There is no word at this time when the line will be repaired.
