A triple murder case in West Virginia is on its way to a grand jury following a preliminary hearing Thursday.

Fulks Run resident Nakia Keller appeared in Hardy County Magistrate Court at 1 p.m.

Keller and his wife Lorie Taylor are accused of shooting Lorie's ex-husband Chip Taylor, his wife Alliana Taylor and Alliana's five-year-old daughter Kaylee Whetzel and then setting their Hardy County home on fire last month.

Magistrate Daniel Poling sent three murder counts and one arson charge against Keller to a grand jury scheduled to meet in February.

Chip was a Rockingham County firefighter involved a heated custody battle with Lorie over the couple's three children, who were not present at the time of the fire.

Lorie is scheduled to appear for her preliminary hearing Friday.

zacks family don't need to keep him in the dark. Abuse and drama is a normal way of life for these people. It is the way they are raised, and the way they will raise their own.. The circle of violence will never end.
