VA Hotels and WV Resort Get Top Rating
RICHMOND, Va. & WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. (AP) Two hotels and a restaurant in Virginia and a historic resort in West Virginia have received AAA's top rating.

Two hotels and a restaurant in Virginia and a historic resort in West Virginia have received AAA's top rating.
The travel group gave its Five Diamond Award to The Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, The Inn at Little Washington in Washington, Virignia, and The Inn at Little Washington's restaurant. The Greenbrier Resort won in West Virginia.
According to AAA's Website, the Five Diamond Award goes to properties that provide meticulous service, exceed guest expectations and maintain standards of excellence.
The Jefferson Hotel has won the Five Diamond Award for 17 consecutive years, while The Inn at Little Washington has won it for 21 consecutive years. The inn's restaurant has won the award for 22 consecutive years.
The Greenbrier has won the rating for hotels for 34th consecutive years.
The historic West Virginia resort is one of three hotels to win the travel group's Five Diamond Award each year since the rating system's inception. The others are The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Camelback Inn, A JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
