Two Arraigned in Berryville Murder-for-Hire Plot
Nottoway County Two men accused of plotting to kill former Berryville Town Council woman Gail Smith have been arraigned.

Two men accused of plotting to kill former Berryville Town Council woman Gail Smith have been arraigned.
According to online court documents, Timothy Smith Jr., who is Gail's brother, and Edward Visosky III appeared Tuesday in the Nottoway County Circuit Court.
The two are accused of conspiracy to commit capital murder for hire.
Smith was found dead in her home in Berryville July 30.
No one has been charged in her murder.

Gail is a family member of mine,the whole family is having a very hard time dealing with the whole situation from Gails murder to Timmy being arrested. It's hard to believe that her brother would have anything to do with his sister death.VERY SAD AND DISAPOINTED.

Hello.... there is a 3rd man accused along with these 2. The 3rd is being extradited to Va.
