Thursday police received several complaints that trucks coming from the landfill were leaving rock, dirt and debris all over Route 340.
Drivers had to dangerously swerve around the dirt. Police say that's against the law and they gave landfill management a friendly reminder. The landfill has started washing down the trucks and it's going to build a wash bay built at the main entrance to fix the problem.
