On Wednesday, the parents of a missing woman returned to where she was last seen more than a month ago.

Twenty-year-old Morgan Harrington disappeared October 17 while she was in Charlottesville for a Metallica concert.

Her parents, Dan and Gil Harrington, went to Charlottesville Wednesday to give police a copy of Morgan's dental records. Such records are used to identify bodies that are found a long time after death.

On Tuesday, police released a statement that the body of a woman found in Roanoke was not that of Morgan.

While police have gotten about 500 tips in the time since her disappearance, they say none of them has led to finding Morgan.

While her parents were in Charlottesville Wednesday, they posted fliers and repainted the family's 4-2-1 symbol on a memorial in town.

Gil says, "We don't have a memorial for Morgan yet. We are not giving up hope yet. We are not building a mausoleum. This is a place of hope. This is just a place to remember her and keep her awareness out. This is not a gravesite for Morgan."

Dan and Gil say they are not giving up hope their daughter will be found, but they also say the search is becoming very difficult for the family now that the one-month mark has passed.

With the holidays approaching, they say they are starting to unravel, especially since there have been no new leads.

The Harringtons urge anyone with information or any witnesses to come forward.

Police say they have no suspects and no description of a car Morgan may have gotten into while walking on the Copeley Street Bridge.

Gil says, if there is another community search effort, it would likely move from Charlottesville towards Harrisonburg because Morgan would most likely have been trying to get to the Valley city.

There is a reward being offered for information that leads to finding Morgan.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Virginia State Police tipline at 434-352-3467.
