I JUST FINISHED READING ALL OF THE RELATED STORIES WITH THIS CASE ON YOUR SITE, AND IT SEEMS TO ME LIKE THE COURT TREATED THIS CASE AS A TIT FOR TAT. @ FIRST PROS. CALL THE STABBING A "HORRENDOUS ACT OF VIOLENCE" AND THE ORIGINAL CHARGE WAS FELONIOUS ASSULT. THEN THE SO-CALLED DRUG DEAL COMES INTO PLAY. CHARGES START GETTING REDUCED AND EVEN DROPPED FOR THESE DEFENDANTS. WHY? ACCORDING TO REPORTS, THE MAN GOT STABBED IN HIS HEAD & NECK. THAT SOUNDS LIKE ATTEMPTED MURDER TO ME. AND EVEN IF THESE MEN WERE INVOLVED IN SOME KIND OF ILLEGAL ACT, WHSV'S REPORTS BRING ME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THE MESSAGE HERE IS AS LONG AS DRUGS ARE INVOLVED YOU CAN PRETTY MUCH GET AWAY WITH ANY OTHER CRIME COMMITTED DURING A DRUG DEAL. THE REPORTS SAY THIS MAN SURVUVED, AND ONE OF THE MEN INVOLVED ONLY GOT 6MTHS. DID ANYONE CONSIDER THE VICTIM, & HOW HE MIGHT HAVE BEEN AFFECTED? WHAT PROTECTION IS OUT THERE FOR HIM & HIS FAMILY? THESE MEN SHOULD GET MAX TIME SINCE THEY GOT MIN. CHARGES.THAT'S A TIT FOR TAT!

A committee in the House of Delegates has sent a bill to the House floor that would allow private, faith-based adoption agencies to discriminate against prospective parents based on their sexual orientation. Would you support this?

Yes, I think if it is a private organization it's okay.
No, there should be no discrimination.
It should depend on a case by case basis.
