I agree with Kenny, marijuana prohibition puts money in the pockets of criminals. It also makes it more available to kids, as street dealers do not ask for ID. If it were regulated and taxed, Law Enforcement would have more resources to combat violent crimes. I have a hard time believing that a country which is so tolerant of alcohol and cigarettes can seriously justify labeling the marijuana consumer as a criminal. Let's get some sensibility in our drug laws. Check out California's marijuana legalization bill in a Google search: AB 390

If america was smart they'd be the ones selling the marijuana. then they wouldn't have to worry about thugs selling drugs but then they wouldn't be able to arrest people and take everything they got! thats what they want they know that they'll never get all the drugs of the streets it's only one of the many faliurs of our government.

A committee in the House of Delegates has sent a bill to the House floor that would allow private, faith-based adoption agencies to discriminate against prospective parents based on their sexual orientation. Would you support this?

Yes, I think if it is a private organization it's okay.
No, there should be no discrimination.
It should depend on a case by case basis.
