Police have yet to act on a warrant allowing authorities to search Michael Vick's property for dog carcasses.

The warrant was issued in Surry County last week, but reports say the county prosecutor will not act on it, because he doesn't like the wording of the warrant.

However, the prosecutor says he is confident the case will be brought to a grand jury, when the evidence is gathered.

The Falcons quarterback and former Virginia Tech star is suspected of allegedly breeding dogs for dog fighting and holding dog fights on his property.
