A Florida man indicted on federal racketeering charges along with 54 other members and associates of the Pagans Motorcycle Club has pleaded innocent.

Court records show Dale Wright waived his right to attend an arraignment Thursday in U.S. District Court in Charleston. Attorney Steven Hunter entered the not-guilty plea on his behalf.

Wright was arrested and released in Florida in November, more than a month after co-defendants from West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida were rounded up.

He is charged with conspiring with Pagans national vice president Floyd "Jesse" Moore and others to commit assault with a dangerous weapon in November 2004.
